After being let down by quite a few different companies to repair the track and wheels on our patio door, we were in our car one day and we took down the number from the Patio Door Doctor van. Two days later at exactly the arranged time, Brian Walters shows up, replaces the track and rollers on our door (which now glides perfect) and even made sure the lock alignment was correct.
